Natura-toscana Plum Jam

The company, located between the valleys of Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana uses only fresh seasonal fruit, which is processed immediately after harvest. Most of the fruit used comes from the buisness' own property, where fruits are grown which are typical for the region and traditional. This jam is produced with traditional methods in which the fruit is cooked in big pots over a direct flame. Thanks to this method, it is not necessary to add pectin to the product, since our jam remains solid and compact after slow cooking!
