The wine for this premium white wine vinegar is from organic grapes from the Austrian wine quarter. The sun-drenched grapes are still harvested by hand, which ensures gentle treatment of the vines and grapes. Even during production great emphasis is placed on quality and the gentle handling of the ingredients: The white wine vinegar is neither heated nor sulfurized. Cloudiness and deposits are a sign of purity and naturalness. By the way, vinegar contains many healthy ingredients, such as sodium, calcium, vitamins and enzymes.
